• Lead Database Performance Engineering org for performance, scalability, customer experience.
• Build and scale teams on database performance, OS performance, benchmarking, observability
• Set KPIs, drive data-driven, proactive performance improvements across services.
• Collaborate with Product Eng, Database Eng, Cloud Infra, Architecture, and Operations.
• Lead complex performance investigations and migration readiness assessments.
• Champion AI-powered, production-informed performance analysis and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in database/performance engineering or large-scale SaaS ops.
• 8+ years in engineering leadership with global teams.
• Deep expertise in database tech, OS performance, cloud-native arch.
• Strong query optimization, workload mgmt, capacity planning, scaling.
• Experience designing large-scale performance tests and benchmarks.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder mgmt.
