Manager, Patient Assistance Program Operations

📋 Description

• Provide direction to PAP team on operations and tools
• Oversee program development, training and operational excellence
• Understand drug reimbursement landscape (private, government, exchange)
• Navigate copay structures and alternate coverage options (Medicaid/Medicare)
• Lead PAP program oversight and management through exempt supervisors
• Drive process improvements for patient care and service

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare
• 5+ years in patient/physician service programs or project mgmt
• 3+ years reimbursement service knowledge
• 2+ years call center experience
• Fluent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Access and Visio preferred
• Basic knowledge of AbbVie products
