Team Lead Accounting & Tax (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Lead a three-person accounting team (AR, AP, GL) and own closing processes and audits
• Collaborate with Head of Finance and CFO on tax and audit topics
• Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central; exposure to intercompany reconciliation and
• Drive automation and process improvement in accounting
• Balance day-to-day operations with strategic initiatives and ad-hoc financial analysis
• Support external tax advisors and ensure tax compliance deadlines are met

🎯 Requirements

• German HGB accounting experience; track record of supervising a team
• Solid knowledge of German tax obligations (UStG, KStG)
• Experience driving process improvement or automation
• Structured, reliable, detail-oriented with deadline ownership
• Fluent German and English (C1+)
