Senior Manager, FinTech - Enterprise Technology

📋 Description

• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Operations, Legal, and Systems Transformation on FinTech roadmap
• Lead assessment, prototype, development, and support of automation use cases with AI guardrails
• Manage daily stand-ups with NetSuite admins and developers across timezones
• Drive execution of projects from tactical to strategic in the enterprise tech roadmap
• Promote career development of 3 internal direct reports
• Manage offshore vendor relationships across locations/timezones

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building financial/accounting or event-driven systems
• 6+ years as a manager
• 8+ years in automating end-to-end NetSuite processes
• Deep NetSuite knowledge: SuiteCloud, SuiteScripts, SuiteFlows
• Strong communicator with finance, product, and engineering leaders
