• Serve as guide, coach, mentor, and strong communicator for project delivery.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with developers, BAs, PMs, and testers in Agile environments.
• Drive scalable delivery through global coordination and effective team practices.
• Own responsibility for project outcomes and client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in IT with experience managing and building a high-performing team
• Experience coordinating with global teams
• Full lifecycle enterprise software implementations experience
• Domain expertise with Salesforce platform OR CRM/CPQ is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities
