📋 Description

• Lead research, evaluation, and implementation of next-generation cryptographic technologies and
• Conduct security reviews of cryptographic implementations and proposed designs across products
• Own the strategy and architecture for key management across the organization—including KMS/HSM
• Develop standards and reference architectures—encryption, key management, PKI—grounded in NIST/FIPS
• Shape security strategy to align with risk, objectives, and business goals; drive cross-functional

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Architectural Expertise: 5+ years in cryptography, security architecture, or a related
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cryptographic primitives and protocols—symmetric/asymmetric
• Standards & Governance: Fluency in industry standards and frameworks including NIST SP 800-57
• Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead large initiatives, coordinate
• Strategic Problem-Solving: Ability to translate cryptography challenges into actionable solutions
