📋 Description

• Verify customer documents during onboarding for authenticity and compliance.
• Be the POC for business escalations, provide progress updates and resolve cases quickly and
• Identify issues/opportunities from daily work and escalate as needed.
• Assist and engage in additional projects/tasks assigned.
• Oversee SLAs to align with team and business goals.
• Maintain strict adherence to local and global KYC standards and procedures.
