Staff DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and evolve self-service tools and paved-road patterns for engineering teams.
• Own infrastructure as code to maintain scalable, secure cloud infra at scale.
• Lead automated deployment pipelines and GitOps practices in a single tool chain.
• Architect and manage EKS environments with advanced networking and observability.
• Build tooling and platform APIs to improve developer productivity.
• Mentor senior/mid-level DevOps/SRE engineers and drive engineering standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Btech with 10–15+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering for large-scale systems.
• Coding: Proficiency in Java (backend) or Python/Go (tooling/automation).
• Cloud: Deep AWS experience (EKS, ECS, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECR, DynamoDB, IAM, networking).
• Containers: Docker & Kubernetes (EKS), with advanced topics like operators and ingress.
• Tooling: GitOps workflows and Backstage or similar developer portals.
• IaC: Terraform or CloudFormation; Linux fundamentals; Artifactory/Nexus.
