📋 Description

• Statutory Audit end-to-end with Big 4 or comparable firms
• Financial reporting and Ind AS transition for standalone & consolidated
• Month-end close ownership and real-time closure improvements
• Investor relations and MIS reporting ownership
• Taxation & statutory compliance management with external experts
• Treasury & cash-flow management support

🎯 Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with 5–6 years post-qualification experience
• Experience with statutory audits (Big 4 or comparable)
• Strong Ind AS proficiency; first-time Ind AS transition a plus
• Hands-on investor relations & MIS reporting
• Tax risk management incl. RPT, MAT, transfer pricing, GST
• Excel/Google Sheets mastery; comfort with linked trackers; Zoho Books ERP
