🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Pattern Making and 3+ years experience
• Strong patterns, fit, and technical solutions mindset
• CAD pattern experience and 3D tools (e.g., CLO)
• Experience patterning for kids wear; commercial mindset
• Collaborative, solution-driven, fast-paced environment
• Great communication across functions and cultures
