Associate Software Test Engineer

📋 Description

• analyzes testing requirements and creates test plans and scripts for validation by developers and
• tests new and improved functionality for internal and external facing software and applications.
• executes testing scripts in all IT environments, tracking progress per Defect Management Cycle.
• identifies defects/bugs and reports metrics to stakeholders.
• supports peers and is active in Scrum team activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 Years of experience in Testing.
• Knowledge of testing phases in all IT environments
• Experience with Agile project delivery methodology
• Willingness to own defects through to resolution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and issues
