• Answer questions about benefit programs, coverage options, enrollment, and updates
• Explain solutions clearly to help clients decide for themselves and families
• Support clients through applications and enrollment with accurate records
• Provide ongoing follow-up and remote customer support for positive experience

• Must be at least 18 years old
