Senior Solutions Engineer, GTM Engineering

📋 Description

• Bridge between Workstream platform and customer systems.
• Own end-to-end integration projects with enterprise accounts.
• Design and build custom integrations (APIs, CSV exports, two-way payroll integrations).
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and translate to technical specs.
• Produce production-ready integrations and self-service automation.
• Work in a hybrid setup: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote from Lehi, Utah.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in full-stack development with hands-on integration or API work.
• Proficiency in Python and AI coding; strong REST API experience.
• Experience with data mapping, data transformation, and workflow automation tools (e.g., Workato).
• Customer-facing technical experience and ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Eng or equivalent.
