📋 Description

• Lead and support development of instructor-led/virtual learning content
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and SMEs to translate requirements
• Plan and evaluate in-person, virtual, online, and hybrid software training
• Apply ADDIE and adult learning principles throughout lifecycle
• Develop engaging materials for diverse learners and formats
• Use webinars, web-based training, instructor-led sessions, guides

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of instructional design / training development
• Strong ADDIE process knowledge
• Adult learning theory expertise
• Experience with instructor-led, online, hybrid training
• Familiar with edtech and delivery modalities
