📋 Description

• Provide multi-phase customer engagements across architecture, deployment, development, and
• Deliver training to architects, developers, and operators.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, account teams, and Product/Engineering to influence roadmaps.
• Act as a trusted advisor to guide MongoDB adoption and customer success.
• Travel to customer sites up to 15% during the work week.
• Contribute to customer success through best practices and execution excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software development, consulting, or support across multiple industries.
• Proficiency in at least one language: Java, C#, Python, Node.js, Ruby, or Go.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• Linux diagnostics and tuning; Windows tuning is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise-scale architectures and deployment/operations.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
