- Lead enterprise-wide AI literacy programs for foundational AI knowledge
- Plan large-scale AI education initiatives including certification programs
- Partner with product, technology, comms, and learning teams
- Develop change enablement for cultural transformation
- Identify AI-enabled opportunities in business processes
- Organize events like symposiums and hackathons
🎯 Requirements
- Doctorate + 5 yrs or Master’s + 8 yrs in AI/tech education or go-to-market
- 5+ yrs leading large-scale AI/tech transformation programs
- Experience building learning programs and executive communications
- Strong adult learning, enablement, and learning ecosystems knowledge
- Hands-on with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
- Experience with AI-enabled tools (Custom GPTs, workflow copilots) is valued
