📋 Description

• Own global HRIS roadmap and governance; optimize as system of record for people data.
• Ensure data integrity; enable automation with AI Agents; build HR data reporting for CPO/exec team.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll across 20-30 countries and ~50 entities; drive cost reporting and
• Scale Payroll Shared Services; define processes, controls, and team structure.
• Lead annual performance and salary review cycle; calibrate market data.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years across HRIS, Global Payroll, and/ or Compensation & Benefits.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS.
• Experience in multi-country HR processes in complex environments.
• Experience designing global compensation cycles and job architecture.
• Experience scaling Shared Services is a plus.
