Senior AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Build reusable, scalable AI services for prompt orchestration, model routing, embeddings
• Design multi-agent and autonomous systems with reasoning, planning, memory, and tool execution
• Develop enterprise-grade RAG pipelines—ingestion, chunking, embeddings, hybrid search, reranking
• Train and fine-tune models (LoRA/QLoRA/PEFT), run experiments, optimize hyperparameters, and
• Deploy, monitor, and improve agents and models in production with CI/CD, versioning, drift and cost

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in CS/AI/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years software engineering experience, including 3+ years building production AI/ML apps.
• Strong grounding in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and microservices.
• Track record delivering enterprise AI solutions from POC to production.
