🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 4–6 years in T&S, Investment banking or M&A
• Analytical mindset: Comfortable with complex datasets
• Strong communicator: Explain concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Autonomous & Agile: Proactive, adaptable in ambiguity
• Tool-savvy: Advanced Excel; planning tools (Pigment, Netsuite, Anaplan) and SQL/Python valued
• Team player: Collaborative, low ego, builds from scratch with others
