Global Director of Total Rewards and People Systems (HRIS)

📋 Description

• Own global HRIS roadmap and governance; system of record for People data.
• Ensure data integrity and automate data-based processes with AI Agents.
• Oversee payroll operations across 20–30 countries and ~50 entities.
• Scale Payroll Shared Services; define processes and team structure.
• Lead annual performance and salary review cycle; calibrate market data.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years in HRIS, Global Payroll, and/or Compensation & Benefits.
• Hands-on with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS.
• Proven multi-country HR processes experience; global comp design.
• Experience building/scaling Shared Services; data analytics mindset.
• Strong English; other languages a plus.
