Team Lead - Security Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead an India-based Security Analyst team, hiring, onboarding, performance mgmt and career
• Own daily SOC operations across multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP); monitor, triage alerts, manage
• Set high cloud detection/response standards; guide investigations of cloud infra and cloud-native
• Lead security incidents, support IR activities, implement lessons learned into detection and
• Define/monitor SOC metrics and SLAs (time-to-triage/response, false positives).
• Collaborate with security engineering/detection teams to improve detections, tooling, telemetry

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years in security ops/SOC or related field; 2–3 years leading security analysts.
• Hands-on cloud security monitoring, alert triage, IR across multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of cloud attack techniques; cloud logs, CloudTrail, identity signals, network data.
• Experience securing cloud-native apps/workloads (containers, Kubernetes, serverless, SaaS).
• Experience with cloud-native security tech (CSPM, CWPP, CNAPP, cloud SIEM, EDR, SOAR).
• People mgmt: hiring, mentoring, 24/7/follow-the-sun ops, performance mgmt.
