UX/UI design specialist

📋 Description

• Develop scenarios for rapid prototyping, UX/UI design, design-systems, component libraries.
• Create tasks involving AI-assisted development and NL-to-code workflows.
• Design evaluation scenarios for senior product designers and AI-native teams.
• Use Figma, Framer, Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Replit as appropriate.
• Apply human-centered design, iterative prompts, and design-system best practices.
• Develop rubrics to distinguish senior-level judgment from generic responses.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, Design Lead, or AI-native Engineer/Vibecoder.
• Ownership of production-shipped designs, design systems, component libraries, or AI workflows.
• Strong UX/UI, human-centered design, prototyping, digital product development.
• Fluent with Figma and Framer; familiarity with Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Replit.
• Understanding of rapid prototyping, design systems, collaboration with design/product/engineering.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills; independent work capability.
