• Extensive software engineering experience with Go and/or Kotlin
• Designing robust, scalable systems with solid architecture principles
• Strong AWS and cloud-native experience (RDS, ECS, EKS, S3)
• Automated testing across unit, integration, end-to-end in CI/CD
• Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities
