Staff Field Solutions Engineer (R5458)

📋 Description

• Serve as customer-facing technical expert for Hivemind autonomy solutions in international markets
• Support discovery, technical briefings, demonstrations, and capture activities.
• Translate customer needs into credible Hivemind concepts and solutions.
• Collaborate with BD/Capture to support RFIs, RFPs, white papers, and demos.
• Explain autonomy capabilities, limitations, and roadmap timing to diverse audiences.
• Develop technical sales assets and coordinate with Product/Engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in solutions engineering, field apps engineering, systems engineering, technical sales
• Strong technical understanding of autonomy, AI-enabled systems, mission software, and
• Experience with customer-facing engagements (demos, briefings, proposals, integration discussions).
• Experience supporting international defense, security, aerospace, government customers.
• Ability to translate mission needs into technically feasible concepts and demos.
• Strong written/verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration skills; travel willingness.
