- Providing support to project team activities for the client and the company
- Creates and maintains project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities
- Proposes process changes to ICSR Operational Lead
- Operates as the assigned team SME
🎯 Requirements
- Life science graduate or healthcare qualification with pharmacovigilance experience
- 3-4 years in pharmacovigilance with at least 1 year in a line manager role
- Excellent communication skills
- Organization, attention to detail and multitasking
- Delegation and planning/time management
- English fluent
