📋 Description

• Lead efforts to evolve compute architecture and improve performance in Hex
• Guide a team to shape performance investments and foundation
• Scope projects, ensure high execution bar, and smooth customer rollouts
• Create abstractions enabling teams to divide and conquer performance problems
• Collaborate with other teams to amplify product development impact
• Position our architecture as a selling point against competitors

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years on highly technical projects
• 2+ years in management or tech lead-manager roles
• Experience managing remote teams
• Performance/systems project management with testing and measurement focus
• Strong technical architectural understanding
• Excellent product understanding and cross-team communication
