📋 Description

• Develop and execute long-term sourcing strategy for electronics/components
• Own supplier category roadmap balancing cost, tech, capacity, and risk
• Drive make-vs-buy analyses to optimize total cost of ownership
• Establish sourcing policies, metrics, and governance aligned with goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years in strategic sourcing or supply chain with electronics/PCBA or electromechanical focus
• Defense/aerospace or high-reliability manufacturing experience
• Proven supplier negotiations and long-term contract management
• Deep understanding of electronics manufacturing: PCB fabrication, SMT, harness
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional leadership
