• Recruit engineering talent, growing to at least 15 software engineers
• Drive technical strategy and review designs; hands-on when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading engineering teams on complex, data-intensive, or AI-driven SaaS products
• Ability to design technical abstractions to accelerate product vision
• Strong intuition about AI agent behavior and context systems
• Proven people manager with experience scaling teams
• Track record building high-performing teams and setting technical standards
• Hands-on technical leader who can contribute when necessary
