🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years in operations, program management, or Chief of Staff.
• Experience in early-stage startups building processes from scratch.
• Proven governance, structure, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong operational instincts and problem-solving ability.
• Decisive, proactive, and highly organized with discretion.
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
