Senior Technical Sourcer- Hardware, Contract (6 months)

📋 Description

• Own the top of funnel: Define target profiles and data-informed sourcing across multiple
• Map the market: Build talent landscapes by company, skill, geography; identify hidden pools.
• Generate and engage: Use Boolean, tooling, and channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Github
• Build pipelines proactively: Maintain warm relationships for just-in-time hiring across priority
• Be the sourcing SME: Coach recruiters and hiring managers on market insights and candidate
• Track and iterate: Use data to measure outreach effectiveness and improve conversions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of cross-regional sourcing experience, ideally in aerospace/defense/autonomy or complex
• Proven market mapping, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation for technical roles.
• Deep expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience building long-term relationships with passive, cleared, or niche engineering talent.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage technical talent.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and autonomous in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
