- Work across the full stack from UI to backend language parsers and SQL generation.
- Build observability tools for data teams with agent performance and audit trails.
- Design AI context systems with diverse inputs like free-form rules and certified SQL.
- Create robust full-stack workflows to govern Hex agent knowledge.
- Resolve backend problems in SQL compilation and semantic models.
- Address frontend UX challenges to present complex data clearly.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years as a full-stack software engineer.
- Experience with React, Typescript, and/or Python.
- Strong frontend and backend development principles.
- Empathy for data teams and modern data warehouses.
- Interest in AI, agent reliability, governance, and model curation.
- Hybrid work with 2 days/week in NYC or SF offices.
