📋 Description

• Identify friction points across key user journeys to improve engagement and performance.
• Develop and implement A/B and multivariate tests.
• Collaborate with analytics to define hypotheses, metrics, and measurement frameworks.
• Validate results and translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Iterate based on data insights and user behavior to optimize journeys.
• Build and modify front-end components to support experimentation in Next.js/React.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4+ years of Web development experience.
• Experience with React, Next.js, and Typescript.
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and experimentation platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data.
• Understanding of UX principles and digital best practices.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and strong communication skills.
