Technician II, Maintenance - Engine Overhaul (R5307)

📋 Description

• Support scheduled 250-hour engine overhaul for V-BAT UAVs and general aircraft maintenance.
• Engine removal, teardown, inspection, cleaning, parts replacement, reassembly, installation
• Organizational-level maintenance on V-BAT systems and Ground Support Equipment.
• Inspect and maintain piston engines, fuel/ignition/induction/exhaust, cooling, mounts, interfaces
• Follow technical manuals, drawings, torque specs, service bulletins, and overhaul procedures.
• Document actions per company procedures and quality requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on piston engine overhaul, teardown, inspection, assembly, or rebuild on aircraft/UAVs or
• Experience with two-stroke/two-cylinder/air-cooled propulsion or similar platforms.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings; follow torque specs and inspection criteria.
• Proficiency with precision tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, dial indicators, torque
• Ability to inspect components for wear, cracks, corrosion, heat damage, and dimensional limits.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and quality records; coordinate across departments.
