Staff Engineer, Electrical System Advance Manufacturing (R5183)

📋 Description

• Lead manufacturing engineering for electrical and avionics systems from prototype to full-rate
• Develop and optimize processes, tooling, work instructions, and production flows
• Scope: wiring harnesses, EWIS, PCB/PCBA, avionics, power, batteries, sensors, mission systems
• Collaborate with design to improve manufacturability and testability
• Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Create work instructions, quality standards, and inspection methods

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in manufacturing engineering for complex electrical systems
• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering or related
• Experience with prototype manufacturing in startup/rapid-growth
• Wiring harness manufacturing, EWIS, PCB/PCBA, electrical integration
• Aerospace/defense electrical systems experience
• DFM/DFA, root cause analysis, corrective actions
