• Own one of Forter's most business-critical areas and oversee its development to meet SLAs and
• Guide Staff+ engineers on planning/executing high-risk, ROI-driven projects.
• Develop engineers' business-value understanding and focus innovation on high-impact areas.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing business-critical teams.
• IC experience as Staff+ Engineer or Tech Lead.
• Experience overseeing large projects with technical and/or business risk.
• Experience in performance-critical, high-scale environments (tight SLAs).
