Senior Databricks Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop scalable Lakehouse solutions on the Databricks platform across Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Build modular data pipelines with Delta Lake for data quality and efficiency
• Implement data governance via Databricks Unity Catalog
• Write clean SQL and Python in Databricks notebooks/IDEs
• Develop automation scripts using Databricks CLI and REST APIs

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for cloud data platforms
• Experience with AI coding tools to augment workflows (e.g., Databricks Assistant, Copilot)
• API integration and scripting for automation
• Hands-on with Declarative Automation Bundles (DABs) and CI/CD tools
• Databricks Lakehouse experience; Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Databricks SQL
• Operates Databricks in AWS/Azure/GCP; 3-5 years data engineering
