🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping production software as a full stack engineer
• Proven track record shipping full stack features in a large codebase across multiple languages
• Proficiency in at least two core languages (TypeScript, Ruby, Python, Rust, Go, C++) with ability
• Experience writing reusable, thoroughly tested code and knowledge of libraries/tools
• Strong judgment to scope work effectively and communicate decisions clearly
• Ownership mindset with attention to edge cases and reducing toil/technical debt

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range: $130,000 - $182,000 CAD per year, plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits
