🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in quantitative field.
• 12+ years in credit risk, with deep knowledge of credit and fraud risk management.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with agility.
• Experience building and refining credit strategy frameworks.
