- Oversee PGF accounting globally for Press Ganey Forsta, including month/quarter/year close.
- Lead consolidated reporting and audit preparation with cross-entity coordination.
- Streamline financial processes and implement new systems to support growth.
- Role based in Provo with focus on US GAAP controls and financial integrity.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years accounting experience or 10+ years with a Bachelor's degree; CPA required.
- Strong GAAP knowledge, ERP exposure (Workday/NetSuite preferred).
- Ability to lead a high-performing team and mentor others.
- Experience with consolidation, reporting, audits, and global compliance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; adaptable to change.
