📋 Description

• Platform primitives: design/build durable services (purchase orders, contract terms, invoicing
• New product bets: build prototypes/MVPs for marketplace products and validate with real customers
• Adoption and optimization: improve workflows and usability on launched products to raise adoption.
• AI-native development: build/refine agent harnesses and AI/LLM workflows, using tools like Claude

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 4-7 years of software engineering experience with strong backend/distributed-systems
• Experience shipping a technical MVP or prototype to a customer-testable state in fast iterations.
• Some experience with or interest in LLM providers (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI) or document-extraction
• Exposure to agent harnesses, RAG pipelines, or AI/LLM-integrated workflows is a plus.
• Data engineering, ML, or document-processing background is a plus (reasoning over unstructured
• Comfort across the stack, customer focus, low ego, and close collaboration with product.
