Senior Financial Analyst (Workday Adaptive Developer)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain adaptive planning models
• Configure versions, attributes, dimensions, levels, formulas
• Develop driver-based budgeting and forecasting logic
• Design ETL data integrations for Workday Adaptive with ERP data
• Govern FDM and hierarchy structures in Adaptive
• Build executive dashboards and management reports

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years FP&A experience required
• 5+ years implementing Workday Adaptive Planning
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or BI preferred
• Experience with Netsuite and Workday; Salesforce/OpenAir desired
• Strong analytical skills; translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency planning
