📋 Description

• Own the curriculum for general-public AI fluency end to end — roadmap, sequencing, quality bar
• Curate and create AI fluency material — curricula, courses, videos, essays, exercises, interactive
• Build AI-assisted production pipelines to shorten idea-to-published-piece cycles while improving
• Turn research frameworks into learner-ready material that resonates for diverse audiences (nurses
• Learn from and co-create with outside institutions such as educators and public-sector groups
• Measure learning impact; define learning outcomes and instruments to assess them.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience designing content and curricula for adult learners at scale, with a focus on
• Exceptional writing for general audiences; translate complex ideas into accurate, intuitive mental
• Experience producing multimedia learning content end-to-end and working with agencies/partners to
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude) as production infrastructure; ability to build light tooling
• Evidence-based pedagogy opinions with willingness to adjust when data says otherwise.
• Background in education or pedagogy principles is valued; ability to make content usable by
