📋 Description Responsible for all activities in the microbiology laboratory, working with Site Director Member of the Quality Committee; may act as Business Unit Leader or Quality Manager in absence. Ensures testing compliance with cGMP, ISO 17025 and company quality standards. Oversees daily operations, production schedules and on-time delivery of reports/data packages. Provides customer support on regulatory guidelines, test results and test procedure limitations. Drives productivity through communication of goals and ongoing performance feedback. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in microbiology or related field. 2-3 years in a testing laboratory with supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of ISO 17025 and cGMP; strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team; self-motivated and adaptable. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and customer-facing abilities. 🎁 Benefits Full-time position with Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule; overtime as needed.
