📋 Description The Strategic Operations Director will lead strategic initiatives that strengthen operational Partner with senior leaders to develop strategies, improve governance, and translate priorities Lead enterprise strategic planning, design operating rhythms, and drive cross-functional alignment. Provide executive-level support with research, analysis, and recommendations for critical decisions. Support business transformation initiatives including organizational changes and infrastructure Develop communication strategies and stakeholder materials to reinforce strategic priorities. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Management, or related field; Master’s 10+ years in strategy, strategic operations, consulting, chief of staff, or business transformation. 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams or enterprise initiatives. Proven experience leading strategic planning, governance, and cross-functional programs. Strong analytical skills to translate data into clear recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for executive presentations. 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary range of approximately $179,000 – $185,000.
