Customer Architect

📋 Description Collaborate with account teams to provide ongoing technical coverage. Define the technical success plan for each customer. Guide onboarding and adoption, driving Elastic consumption. Translate customer needs into Elastic solutions and ARR growth. Travel onsite; work with customers to tailor implementations. Act as trusted technical advisor across services and support. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field preferred. Fluency in German and English; French a plus. Experience as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer. Hands-on with Elastic solutions or Elastic stack (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search).
