📋 Description Maintain apartments by performing minor repairs and supporting routine maintenance and capital Respond to work orders with a focus on first-time resolution and resident satisfaction. Walk the property daily to inspect grounds and buildings, remove trash/debris, and prepare units Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager on timelines and project progress. Adhere to safety policies, Fair Housing laws, and on-site safety procedures. 🎯 Requirements HVAC Type I and Type II/EPA Universal Certification is required. General knowledge of plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, appliance repair, and minor electrical Experience in luxury apartment communities preferred; strong customer service skills.
