Senior AI Engineer

📋 Description Join an AI team building agentic systems for Pennylane’s financial OS platform. Work on production-ready LLM orchestration, tool calling and context memory. Collaborate with product teams and domain experts to deliver live use cases. Own evaluation, monitoring and guardrails for agentic workflows. Contribute to cross-team AI infrastructure and reliability practices. Operate with security, RBAC and cost considerations in mind. 🎯 Requirements 5–8 years of Python experience. Hands-on experience building LLM/agentic systems at scale in production. Strong grasp of evaluation, datasets and A/B testing for AI systems. Solid background in AI infrastructure (model serving, vector databases, cost/latency). Nice to have: model fine-tuning (SFT, DPO, RL), MCP, Ruby.
