📋 Description Lead and deliver the strategic Talent Science project roadmap with strong project management and Design and implement solutions to complex hiring problems to hire exceptional talent. Ensure all talent initiatives map to high performance outcomes and career frameworks. Create professional processes and frameworks for efficient delivery of our agenda. Coach and mentor team members to grow analytical capabilities and thought leadership, including Represent the team to leadership and communicate Canonical’s vision for talent uptake. 🎯 Requirements Exceptional academic track record with undergraduate degree in psychology or related field. Track record of team leadership in talent function within technology or consulting, with strong Deep understanding of talent selection with a penchant for automation and product-driven efficiency. Advanced analytical ability with SQL, Python and/or statistical analysis. Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation skills for senior audiences.
