📋 Description The Payroll Associate will support day-to-day payroll operations, processing, and ensuring Assist with payroll inputs, validations, and payroll report reviews. Verify payroll data for accuracy and deadlines, and identify discrepancies. Support payroll reconciliations and maintain audit-ready documentation. Partner with HR to process hires, terminations, changes, and approvals. Assist with bonuses, commissions, overtime, and other variable components. 🎯 Requirements 1–3 years of experience in payroll, finance, accounting, HR operations, or related admin role. High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Basic to intermediate Excel skills with payroll data. Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize tasks. High accuracy and attention to detail with confidential data. Willingness to learn payroll systems, compliance, and audit practices; experience with 🎁 Benefits Competitive hourly pay from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour (approx. $45,760–$49,920 annually).
