📋 Description Provide quality individualized health care management for residents. Conduct routine site visits, vitals, assessments, med administration. Act as a health resource and train staff in the medical arena. Conduct audits of medications; ensure compliance with laws and policies. Schedule: Full-time Mon-Fri; no weekends; on-call 1 week/month. Participate in on-call rotation for medical triage. 🎯 Requirements Current licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Indiana. 1-2 years experience with disabilities or long-term care preferred. Flexible, dependable, team-oriented, good communication skills. Ability to work independently; strong organizational and computer skills.
